Sometimes, the truths behind a campaign are so powerful that all you need is the right way to tell them. That’s how we won the creative pitch for Coop Liguria’s recruitment campaign. We started with what truly matters: people. We told the real stories of five Coop employees, each representing a core value of the cooperative. All under a simple yet powerful concept: at Coop Liguria, there is no staff. There are people.

No actors. Just real stories, told by those who lived them.

Each protagonist is featured in a photographic portrait and a video interview, sharing their story in a direct and spontaneous way. This multi-subject campaign, created as part of Coop Liguria’s 80th-anniversary celebrations, has come to life across the website, social media, print, and in-store and event installations.
